Do you feel like your life is spiralling out of control, with problems popping up left, right and centre and not enough time to do anything? Regardless of the fact that you do everything in you power to relieve your self of the problems, more of them keep apprearing.

Are your relationships being tested, cauding tension and unease? This tension will lead to stress, causing unhappiness and lead to a break up in the relationships, both concerning personal and professional.

Stress can also cause health problems, and if unleft changed, can cause you a very costly relationship. If you truely care about those surrounding you, you will take it upon yourself to manage your stress and free your mind from all negativity.

Imagine how many times we have done things for others, how much time we have spent doing those things. Now if you take 10 minutes out of your busy schedule, and spend it practicing some stress management techniques, you will be amazed at how we can free our mind from the negativity and feel at peace with ourselves.

Relax! - Relaxation is the key to leading a less stressful life, and in order to do so, these steps needs to be followed:

Step 1: Find a quiet environment.
Step 2: Close your eyes.
Step 3: Find a comfortable position.
Step 4: Get a repetitive stress management technique such as positive affirmation, meditation or pray.

The first three steps would lower the input to our nervous system while the last step would lower our stimulation of the nervous system. Thus, creating an atmosphere of relaxation.

Progressive Relaxation Technique

This technique requires you to alternately tense and relax your muscles, and will help you in identifying the best way to extend relaxation to a specific stressed out muscle.
